The ticket price includes entry to all event activities, welcome package, event program guide, and access to all scheduled performances and competitions. Accommodation and meals are only included in Standard and VIP packages.

Can I upgrade my package after booking?

Yes, you can upgrade your package at any time before the event, subject to availability. Simply contact our customer service team, and they will assist you with the upgrade process and any price differences.

What is the cancellation policy?

Free cancellation is available up to 14 days before the event start date with a full refund. Cancellations made 7-14 days before receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable, but you can transfer your booking to another person.

Are there age restrictions for this event?

Age restrictions vary by event type. Most events are family-friendly and welcome all ages. Children under 12 receive a 50% discount. Some competitive events may have specific age requirements for participants - please check the event details or contact us for clarification.

How do I get to the event venue?
